Our experience allows prompt and effective development of the optimal examination and treatment program - together with the specialists of the clinic - which is performed by the best orthopedists in Germany. A diagnostic program is carried out in the clinic, including a study not only of a primary disease but also of concomitant disorders followed by the doctor’s recommendations. On completion of the examination, a detailed medical report with the Russian translation is handed out.

At your request, the company may provide you and your attendants different levels of service (from the "economy" to the "VIP" class) during the rehabilitation period.
Our services include:
- visa support for medical treatment in Germany;
- professional translation of all necessary documents and medical history into German;
- selecting the clinic and a physician;
- development of individual treatment programs, duration and cost of diagnostics and treatment;
- arrangement of staying in the hospital in single and double rooms ("luxury" is also available); it may be possible to stay with an accompanying person;
- meeting at the airport by our representative with a drive to the place of accommodation, providing an interpreter;
- attending and transporting patients with special needs (chairs, wheelchairs);
- organization of accommodation (a five star hotel or a private apartment, at your request);
- organization of leisure time, assistance in handling all formalities and unusual situations.
